Lived there all of 2021 and in that short period observed amenities, maintenance, cleanliness and staff friendliness decrease significantly while the 2022 rents were hiked 30%+ - Adding insult to injury, Camden discretely announced it was building 2 additional towers East and West of the building thereby cancelling any resident views on both sides of the building! Anyone with water views in that tower will soon be staring at concrete 50+ feet away - not to mention the other incessant construction going on in the area 24/7. Overall this landlord is cutting costs and increasing rents while services keep plummeting in quality. Would not recommend this place in downtown St. Pete. ...
