These apartments are horibble!!! The are completely roach infested! I mean bbaaaddd.... They will rip you off. I moved into a 1 bedroom and then transfered to a 3 bedroom with a roommate. We had to pay $500 to transfer and then come to find out the extended our lease for a year from the transfer on top of the $500 fee.... the office staff is very rude and most of the tennants have had problems... the gounds are trashed with garbage and cig butts.... people park all over the place and the concrete parking barriers are broken and you have to be careful not to run over huge chunks of concrete.... They office staff never returns your calls when you leave a message and you always have to leave a message because they never answer the phone. The apartments are old and havent been updated in 30 years. they just paint over the old nasty cabinets.... there are nails sticking out of the carpert and the faucets leak. the porches look and feel like they are going to fall off the buildings.... i would never ever rent from here or recommend them to anyone.
