Current Resident

Terrible service! Front desk office rude, unwilling to serve customers, and acting in bad faith. They charge for things that are not due, they never respond, and if it's in person, they always say that only the manager Karen Clark can resolve it, but she is NEVER in the office, she doesn't answer the phone, and emails are a waste of time, she never give you an answer! Avoid this place if you don't want to have problems! Don't be fooled by the flowers at the entrance that show off a beautiful place. It definitely isn't! ...
