They are the most despicable people on this planet. For the love of God, please do not rent from these crooks. I requested documents via voicemail for my intent to move out in November 2024 which was 90 days in advance, and I never received them. That being said, I went into the office to talk to them to which I spoke to Casey (not sure how it's spelled, and I don't care-she's a b*&ch) about 2 or 3 days after and she said that she would email me documents. I specifically told her I'm not staying and to email me so that I don't get screwed out of my deposit. She did not. I followed up in December, same thing both voicemail and went into the office, and she said she'd email me. NEVER DID. I made it perfectly clear I was not staying, and they did not provide me the documentation WHILE I WAS IN THERE and they knew I wasn't staying. February hits and I move out and low and behold they provide me the documentation to sign for my intention to vacate (which i should have gotten in November but oops, she somehow missed that). Now, they are telling me I will not get my deposit back due to their mistake and having a person in the office who cannot do her job and would rather screw people over than do the right thing. In addition, living there is a nightmare. The staff are awful, and heaven forbid you have a problem; they won't fix it or do not care if it's fixed correctly. I didn't have air conditioning more than I actually had it because it was always breaking. Got my packages stolen off my porch and they did nothing about it and let the little thief continue to come on the property. My car was keyed a couple of times and lord knows if you ever wanted to park close to your apartment, you couldn't because there were plenty of people not paying rent that would park there. But wait, there's more! My rent in the 3 years I was there went up by $400 from the time I moved in, to the time I moved out and if I would have stayed, would have increased another $100. I cannot stress this enough, this place may look good on paper but take it from someone who has lived in that hellhole, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!!! ...
