They are not bad apartments (on the samll side), but they are fairly old (built in the early 80's) and way over priced, maintained pretty well. The parking can be a pain in you live in phase one of the complex simply not enough spaces it seems like. The staff is great there they care about the tenants and they do address all concerns in a timely manner. There no community ammenities, I had lived in apartments that had pools, mini gyms, and community club houses for the same amount of rent, this place has nothing. Being on the east side of town it is away from everything as well, (Panama City beach is on the west side about 16 miles away) but is located close to Tyndall AFB. It use to be hard to get apartment there, but now there are plenty especially one bedrooms as the rents went up sharply within just a couple of years. I would consider moving back there if I went back to the area. I rented from winter '03 through summer '06. ...
