You can tell that for the most part, the positive reviews are from the employees. They act so nice and sweet to get you in but when it comes to fixing things and handling matters, they show their true colors. First of all, they show you the nice rooms (private) only to put you into a crappy room which is in my opinion the size of a cell. They provide a dresser where each roommate is suppose to keep their own tv which means they are side by side, which makes no sense unless you each have ear plugs. The hot water takes forever to come up which is not good if you need to hurry to get to class. Their "roommate matching" is a joke and let me not start on the food. I rather eat out. The place is under construction and looks dirty and messy. The manager, Rob Myers, is a big wimp. He is there to make money but not to meet the needs of the tenants. I bet he won't allow his own children to rent there. Please go someplace else. ...

Not picky, place was hell. They painted over everything to make look new including sinks, whole bathroom, plus walls. Only takes couple months then the paint reveal years of mistreatment. MOLD in my bathroom never got fixed. Weekly cleaning is a joke staff writes every positive review because it details everything they do not do on regular basis. The staff is just as crooked as the owner. Food is awful plus employees do not take proper precautions to keep sweat from dripping in food. Parents start your kid’s future out right, don't rent at CVI. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

I've been living here for a couple of months and I will admit it's an okay place. Its a great start-off place if you've never lived on your own and hate to cook. I will admit at first this place wasn't that great, but I'm not a picky person. They have activities for residents and they have improved on the food (there's cake' ice-cream, fish, salad bar, Italian and so much more, and you can order food to be made, there's also a bag lunch deal, and the head cook is very nice and open to suggestions)Now there are tiny ants in every apt, but they don't do anything, and you can ask to have your room sprayed, but with an apt place full of young adults that's finally out of their parents place, you cant expect them to be neat and clean and bug free! The rooms aren't huge, I have a single room and so does my boyfriend, we chose not to live together because It is just a one room bathroom place, kind of like a studio. Also I've never seen one roch. in my room! You wont if your not a slob. I go to Full Sail, and if you don't have a car I do suggest finding a closer apt. although they do offer a shuttle at all hours, it only fits 14 people and you do have to sign up and if it's full oh-well! But I'm sure if you sign up early and there are full-sail students here you can ask for rides, I've given people rides, there's a bus stop close by. Also there's an Ice machine and A CHEAP soda and Candy vending here! One of the newest features here that I love, is that they have a movie renting machine, almost like a red-box but a little different. About $.99 a night! The internet is fine, I've heard so many people complain about it but I haven't have any trouble(use firefox here its better)There is also cable and that's fine also. There are also plenty of food places here, burger king and steak and shake are almost on property! ;-) there a friendlies and much more. Also if you are going to UCF, that's right across the street, and the college book store for you guys are right next door. Oh, I almost forgot there's a pool, weight room, pool/ping pong table and laundry room. There is also a maid service that comes by once a week to vacuum, take out the garbage and provide you with T.P! The maintenance service is okay, I did have to get on them to fix things. Well good luck and have fun! I rented from fall '08 through fall '08. ...

I completed my B.A. from UCF while living in CVI. The staff was always helpful to me. They made me feel like I was part of the CVI family. The cafeteria always had a pleasing meal waiting for me. I got to party, study, play drums and even meet the love of my life while living there! I highly recommend this place to compliment your college experience!!! I rented from summer '03 through summer '07. ...
