I love living in campus crossing! I have never had any issues with the staff or my neighbors (except a neighbor that busted the water main- but it was fixed in a timely manner by an understanding staff), I did roommate matching and they were very consistent in matching us by noise level, etc. There are some awesome parties here and i have never had any trouble with noise. The appliances all run well and all of the maintenance requests were handled quickly, the rooms are not the largest but they are great for the price you pay! I recently renewed my lease for another year and I found it a painless process. I would definitely recommend this for any UCF students. Try and request an apartment that does not face Lokonatosa or Alafaya- the noise can be a pain in the butt. I have had no problems with bugs, parking, or theft. The pool is always clean and there is always somebody friendly to chat with. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

This property has some terrible reviews… but I’m glad I don’t believe everything I read. I went for a tour here and loved it! The staff is very humble and down to earth. I felt like I was visiting a friend not looking for an apartment. The apartment they showed me was beautiful but they made it clear that the one I might move into will not include all of the decorations; which is cool b/c the color scheme is easy enough to dress up. The best part about the community really is the staff, although I must admit… I LOVE THE PRICE AND THE TOWNHOME STYLE DESGIGN!!! Needless to say I moved in last month and I love it. Take my advice come to this place before you judge it based on those horrible reviews… you will be pleasantly surprised. ;-) I rented from spring 10 through summer 11. ...

Sign a lease here- if you want to make the biggest mistake of your life. Don't be fooled by the model they show you .I currently live here (3/2/09) Ive only been here two months and I cannot waitt to get out. Office staff SUCKS, inconsiderate, unprofessional and rude. Our appartment is dirty , broken and roach infested. Everything from our washer/dryer,hotwater, dishwasher, stove, fridge, shower,(pretty much everthing that is included)is broken, work orders get lost, we have no screens so we have bugs that keep us up at night. floors are disgusting, kitchen is poor , parking sucks, they give you an alarm, but if it goes off the poliece DONT come b/c there not connected! what a joke! This place looks nothing like the website or the brochure they use to lure college kids in with. You are stuck in your lease with no way out. I was stupid and nieve and moved in here dispite of what i read on this web-site, DONT make the same mistake. there are tons of other appartment complex's around here. going to partys in the area drives me crazy b/c everyone's appartments are so much better and only $30-50 more per month! like the gathering! good luck on your search I rented from winter '08 through summer '08. ...

Overall this place is pretty good considering they have some of the cheapest rent and the parties are the best! They've added more security but they only get in your way when things get crazy! Location is the best and the people that live there all know each other. Apartments are neat (townhomes with wood floors) but they are a little run down. I plan to stay until I graduate since they haven't raised my rent. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...
