Unless you're looking for a deal on drugs or lowlife neighbors steer clear of this place!! Turn over in office personnel and seem prejudice against white renters. Like used car salesmen will offer the world till you move in then couldn't care less AND when time comes for you to move on watch out!! They WILL pull every trick in the book to 'get you'!! The seem to want the turn over in renters as they will rent to new renters for MUCH less than people who have been there for a period of time I rented from summer '05 through summer '09. ...
