I have been in the apartment complex for a couple of years now. The buildings are getting older and aren't as well kept as they should be. The neighborhood is supposed to be gated, but the gates are always broken and left open. The main reason I have stayed is that the apartments are the most affordable in the area, without being section 8/affordable housing. ...
