I have lived here with my fiance for a year now and it is decent. We rent a 1br/1bth, 700sq ft. The outside is well-kept. The appliances are cheap. But it does have a washer and dryer in the unit which is awesome. The parking is crazy. It is about 20 minutes away from campus during non-rush traffic.
