Nothing ever gets fixed. Don't move in unless you want to live in a building infested with all types of fungus. From black mold to mushrooms growing out my ceiling. NOTHING was ever properly fixed in a timely or professional manner. Absolutely joke of a management company. Loved the location, loved my neighbors, and still couldn't get out of their soon enough. Mushrooms growing out of my ceiling for months, the answer was to scrape the ceiling and paint over it. They would keep coming back. My front door was never airtight sealed. You can see light come out of it from all angles for months. Door frame is completely rotten so that door is never straight in hinges. Their answer was to use masonry screws to go through the rotten frame and secure to the concrete.... This resulted in a door that needs to be practically kicked open and slammed shut, good enough for their maintenance team. Maintenance team never properly scheduled their work. Had a dog and they'd sometimes never give me a heads up they're coming for work until they're knocking on my door/ calling me because I'm already at work. Sometimes they would schedule, I'd set up a dog sitter, and they wouldn't show. Happened multiple times. Multiple maintenance requests weren't addressed for months. Move-in was first and double deposit instead of last month rent. They then attempted to say I was wrong and only give half of deposit back. Showed them my transactions and still they doubled down. Had to threaten them with a lawyer and interest to get my money. DO NOT MOVE HERE ...
