1 star, only because I’m not able to put 0. Quite possibly the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Upon move in, I did a walk through with a leasing agent, not only did they leave nails in the walls from the previous tenant, there was also paint all over the floors. These items were never addressed. After a few weeks, I noticed mold growing on my window sills, the first maintenance guy came, sprayed it with bleach, cleaned it and went on his way. I proceeded to call the front office and explain to them that I could’ve cleaned it on my own. I wanted the underlying issue addressed. A second maintenance worker came out, once again, sprayed it with bleach, but then painted over the area as to cover up the mold. Then went in his way. Again, I called the front office stating I could’ve done that on my own, and I wanted the underlying issue fixed. This time the property manager came with another maintenance guy, I told them I wanted the windows fixed since clearly water was getting through, puddling on the window sills and creating mold growth. They proceeded to tell me it wasn’t a priority and that they’d just keep painting over it. This should’ve been when I asked to move out or move apartments but I didn’t. A few months later, I started seeing German roaches. I knew they weren’t from me, as I’ve never had them in any other apartments, and am a clean individual. I called pest control multiple times where they just sprayed and left. The roaches kept coming. There was an absolute infestation of them in the walls and nothing I could do to keep them out. Even after I moved out a month early, and came back to clean the place before my lease was up, there were German roaches everywhere in the apartment. They claim they have a state of the art gym, but no dumbbells, and just a few workout machines. On top on that, the grills at the pool didn’t work the entirety of my 13 month lease, the pools were closed for months at a time and they have no form of a gate or any way to keep outside people from coming to the tennis courts or pickleball courts, and thus they were always full from people who didn’t even live at the complex. Why am I paying for amenities I am not even able to use? Not to mention, there are multiple apartments which are AirBnB and VRBO on property, random people in and out constantly, no sense of security. As well as them partying since they’re on vacation, while you have to get up and get ready for work in the morning. I found bottles of liquor, condoms and much more on the sidewalks around the lakes. Upon move out, my lease end date was on a Sunday, which is a day they are closed on. They told me to leave the keys at the front door. Over night. For anyone to see, grab, have access to the apartment, etc. 10/10 would not recommend living here. Staff is also very rude and passive aggressive over emails and any communication. ...
