TERRIBLE COMMUNITY. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL PROPERTY MANAGER. I have lived at this community for over 2 years now and I can say that it has went from bad to worst. The new property manager Donna lacks empathy, can't effectively communicate without yelling at you and is a ageist. I called yesterday on 12/27 to speak with the property manager about my neighbors that continue to be disruptive to us by banging and stomping at all hours. But, instead of Donna being empathetic she proceeded to gaslight me, yell at me on the phone and not listen to my concerns. The property manager has made me feel unsafe and I do not wish that for anyone. Please do not move here you would be better off moving somewhere where your concerns will be heard and you will not feel berated. The rent is to high to be disrespected in the way that i was. The interior of the apartments are older and not even nice but we made it work the dryer does not dry the clothes correctly. The community is nasty and needs a new property manager to take over and clean it up correctly. ...
