My experience was good for the most park. Very strict on parking and will tow your car if you are not parked incorrect spots. At first, guests were welcomed to park anywhere then they started towing vehicles. Maintenance was slow and inconsistent until you walked to the office and made them aware you have emailed them multiple times. But other than that I never had an issue. Very safe and secure.
