The staff recently changed the last few months. They absolutely dint care about anything or anyone. I submitted a work order for a broken toilet and they have yet to respond, it’s been a week. The office staff is Great no matter how many times I ask questions ,they are right there with a quick response! Everyone is so polite ,understanding, and very helpful! The tour unit was more than what I expected,very nice even if it wasn't renovated. I can only imagine what the Reno units look like and priced not so bad either definitely worth it! ...

Cranes landing is definitely a unmanaged apartment that seems to not really care about the residents when it comes to the residents needs.
