1987 Construction. Constant interior mold problems and moisture bubbles in wall paint. Water bill is divided amount building tenants and electric is high because it is 30 year old frame construction. Floors/walls are thin and you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do! Garbage dumpsters are open area and constantly a mess. Management is there to turn a profit. That is their job. I rented from spring 2015 through spring 2018. ...
