DONT DO IT! Utilities is a bitch! After utilities you end up paying about as much for a nonstudent apartment. Im paying more than my homeboy who has 2/1.

Every person you talk to in the office will give you a different answer. If you ask to speak to the manager or someone in charge they will NEVER be available to come to the phone. Whoever is the "manager" is never there and will never call you back no matter how many messages you leave. They are incapable of keeping track of what you pay so you will be hounded for money you don't owe. If you are thinking of renting here my recommendation is to RUN now before you are suckered into a lease and become trapped in the Oasis HELL!!! I've never had so many problems with apartment management than here. They constantly charged me wrong for utilities, they are extremely unresponsive, and they seem to be incapable of keeping records of past payments. The complex is poorly run on all accounts. My toilet stopped up, and after calling them once a day for nearly two months, they finally got maintenance over to fix it. Our A/C also went out in the middle of August, and it took them five days to fix it. It was over 90 degrees in the apartment, and barely livable. I rented from fall '08 through fall '09. ...

Horrible staff. Horrible maintenance respond time. Sat in the apartment for two days straight with no A/C. I was sweltering. Horrible price for what you get and crappy furniture as well. Just... horrible.
