This is the first time living on my own in an apartment but now I know all the things I DON'T want in an apartment. I can't ever stand being home. The walls are paper thin and you hear absolutely EVERYTHING. I am not a picky person about noises but here it is just ridiculous. The neighbors are blaring their music extremely loud and the bass vibrates my whole room. I was towed one night for being parked barely "over the line" and I was parked like that due to the rest of the peoples messed up park jobs. The apartment always smells bad (despite cleaning with bleach frequently) Whenever you cook it is almost inevitable that the obnoxious smoke alarm will go off it is way too sensitive. The air conditioner sucks its always hot, our appliances have had non-stop problems. I CANNOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE. The "rented from" is inaccurate I moved in fall of 2012 and am moving out of here asap after spring 2013 I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

I've lived in the commons since fall of 2010 and have made the mistake of resigning the lease twice now. it's currently my third year and after everything that's happened this past year I will definitely not be making the same mistake. there is mold under all of the baseboards and the apartments are always super dirty. when I moved buildings the unit they put me in had not been cleaned and there was still toothpaste in my sink, one of the easiest things to clean. we have a bug problem with cockroaches everywhere. recently I noticed a leak in my closet that was not my fault. it soaked through 2 pairs of my nikes, 3 pairs of boots, and 2 pairs of flats. when I talked to Diane, the property manager, she claimed that in my lease it states that if any of my personal belongings are damaged they are not responsible. altogether I lost around $400 in shoes that are now moldy and ruined. she was very insincere in her "apology". I can tell that she doesn't care about her tenants. everytime I call the office to have something fixed it takes WEEKS for anything to be done. the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do and every step the people upstairs take. this place is the scum of tallahassee. I thoroughly regret living here and CANNOT WAIT to move out!! I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

I loved living here I think before there was bad management but once the new property managers took over I def. saw a change. The apartments are decent and the people are all different, but over all if I had to recommend it to someone I would. It's close to everything and the price is good. I especially like that I'm saving money by living here. ...

I requested maintenance services over two weeks ago and my tub is still clogged. Who's fault is it you low on worker? I rented from fall '06 through summer '08.
