I Moved In Last Year And I Loved The Apartment Manager, Ryan, He Was Really Helpful To My Husband And Me. But The Owner Was Terrible. The Apartments Were "Newly Renovated" But Really The Maintenance Man Did All Of That Himself... Extremely Poorly!! Shower Cries, Water Valve Falls Off, No Sealant At The Bottom Of The Doors So Bugs Get In! No Insulation So High Utilities! Paper Thin Walls! No Safety Security Lighting Anywhere Outside or Cameras... So Be Safe! And There Are Break Ins! My Neighbor Was Robed While She Was Away On Vacation. Fake Wood Floors! And The Washing Room Cost Tooo Much!!! Then We Got New Management That Is Worse Than The Last!!!! They Seem Nice Then They Show You How Rude They Are! They Towed My Car While I Was Out Of Town For 2 Weeks! Mind You We Do Not Have Decals Or Registered Parking.. They Said It Seemed Abandoned! And They Wont Reimburse Me! And They Are Rude!! Please Learn From My Mistake, I Was Warned Also By Some Tenants But I Didnt Listen...-2014-2015 ...
