This is one of the worst places to live in Tampa. The management staff are rude and they don't give a hoot that you have something broken in your apartment or any complaint you bring to them.AND I stress( THEY ARE VERY RUDE PEOPLE) and just don't care. This place is very deceiving, it looks like a nice place until you sign the agreement.Its like signing your soul to the devil.There is a very bad insect problem. There is a very good chance that you may go insane after the end of your lease. and if you like to live in a place like this,your better off renting at a low income housing. oh I almost forgot,his place sucks. I rented from fall '03 through spring '07. ...
