Needs some remodeling in the apartments. Just older and a little out dated. Carpet needs to be changed out. Maybe cleaning outside the building more. The office staff are helpful and I also like the security that is at the apartment. The pool and other amenities are terrific. I have lived at these apartments for two years now. The convenience of where they are located are ideal for me because of where I attend school and church. Thank you for considering me for this scholarship it will be greatly appreciated. ...
