When it was Deer wood when I first moved it was good great staff. Once Emilia took over it went to crap. It took me a week to get new washer my AC broke all the time bathroom was leaking from the up stairs took them a weak to fix it. Management told me it was my job to call the garbage people to remove the compactor. ...

I would not recommend this place to nobody. For what they are charging for the apartments is ridiculous. If you are on Section 8 you will be treated poorly. The garbage setup is ridiculous. Trash everywhere.
