At first glance it looks nice. Once in though, forget about any deposit. Expect to pay exhuberant overages for electricity and expect zero flexibility from management. If you have any other options, take them. I rented from fall '06 through fall '09.

Manager throws keg parties to get the students to sign a lease than it's downhill from there. And if you complain than they make living there a hell. forget it and run!!! I rented from fall '08 through summer '09.
