The "limited access" or "gated community" gig is a joke. I've lived here for a little over a year now and the gate is still broken. It is open 24 hours a day. Great location, close to Publix... , however, the bad outweighs the good. Not worth the price. The parking is terrible and I am sick of our loud neighbors stomping about in their apartment at 4 AM playing music despite requests to keep it down.... (breathe) truly I do not recommend this apartment complex. ...
