They have hidden fees. Water and utility bill was way too high. Then there was trash fee, processing fee. This is an old renovated place. Check everything before you move in. Keep copy of all the documents. Double check things when you move out. They overcharge. Initial decorating fee was astronomically high ($350) compared to similar properties in the neighbourhood. Water and sewage fee for 2 person was $30 -$35 when me and my wife spends half the time out of the house (we travel on our job). I moved out on the day I ws saupposed to. They snapped me a bill for overstaying 3 days whereas I did not overstay. After an in person visit the bill was corrected. I was lucky that I cud make an in person visit as I was in town when I was snapped with the bill. And then there will be mysterious cleaning fee.
