Been here since Fall '08. No problems except with roommates. Love the area. Clean, quite, occasional parties but never gets out of control. Maintenance and management has been the same and hasn't changed. I'm contemplating on either staying here or finding another place. If I can find roommates I will be staying. I rented from fall '08 through summer 11. ...

Fast, friendly management and maintenance. No pest problems. No noise problems. No crime. No parking decal or parking problems. Going to stay here, doesn't give me correct years for lease. Leased from Fall'08 and going to stay until Summer '10 I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
