We moved in when it was called "Bayside Village." It wasn't that bad when it was just an apartment complex. But when it went condo it went down hill. Poorly done paint in and out, shoty plumbing and giant roaches accentuate this joint. Roof leaks, rude staff, and because its not an apartment complex its up to individual owners to check rents criminal histories, and most don't bother. That means its full of criminals and people who can't live other places because of their histories. I hate to be so down on the place, but if I were you I would keep looking.
