Coastal is nice because you have your own room and your own bathroom and you are only responsible for your portion of the rent. You don't have to find roommates to fill the other rooms and you aren't responsible for their rent if they don't pay it. It is definitely set up for college students. You can request your roommates if you have someone you want to live with, and almost 100% of the time they make it happen. It is very similar to dorm life but you aren't required quiet hours or other restrictions. you also have a full kitchen. If you don't mind commuting 5 minutes to school then I think it's worth it. I would say it's overall been a good experience. I miss the 100$ credit towards the electric bill each month. I think the accessibility of the staff is not has not been that good as of late though the Pandemic has impacted this circumstance significantly. Moving to costal village is NOT a good idea. Parking is a nightmare, security is horrible and does not like students, and managment is a headache. Worst of all is the manager mike who will not even shake your hand or look you in the eyes.
