I loved the historic feel of the building and enjoyed my stay. Janet and Darlene were very professional and managed the property well and even had parties for tenants in courtyard. Great price, great location, roomy apartments!! I rented from fall 2011 through summer 2012. ...

Janet, the "owner", is a nasty, evil, white trash slum lord that will treat you like garbage. This place is totally ghetto. DON'T MOVE HERE! I rented from spring 2017 through winter 2018.
