I loved Monterey lakes. they have fantastic amenities, location is helpful and easy access everywhere. they have tennis course, jacuzzi spa, beautiful pool, maintenance any time and beautiful creek to view every morning with your breakfast. we rented 2 bed 2 bath and was really spacious for 4 people. we are leaving this apartment just because only 3 people left and need some good deal. otherwise i would love to rent it again and yes leasing lady Genny is wonderful too. she helped us from the first day. thanks Genny we were in room 2523 rented in september 2008.
