I've lived at the Continuum for 4 years and have loved it. The all-inclusive amenities make it really convenient and affordable. Many apartments charge you for parking but the Continuum has a designated parking garage that is included in your rent.

One of the worst apartments I've lived in. The walls are so paper thin that I can hear my neighbors playing on their keyboard (with their headphones plugged in). A toilet flushing two doors down? Yep you'll hear it. Every step my upstairs neighbor makes... The parking garage gate is regularly broken, and the manager Dwayne is one of the most unfriendly stuck up people you will ever meet. This places really has nothing to do with UF and just uses it in name. There are so many better places in Gainesville for a fraction of the cost. ...

Great place to live! I've loved my time here.
