3501 Tyler st, Lomar apts. management staff does not care about anything, poor noise insulation, people getting high in the premises, fights, the bedrooms are right by the parking lot and there are people playing music all the time. THere is no peace at all, uptairs have no carpet in their room so if you want to sleep you wont be able to, cause you will hear everything the upstairs neighbor does.
