The apartments are nice. Great views, nice people. The building quality is CHEAP! Be sure to really look at closet space as it's next to non existant. The closets are too narrow for normal hangers to fit. You have to wedge the hangers in at an angle in some closets. Price is high for the area, which is a tad sketchy. Apartments facing the Chase building have REALLY high utilities because of the exposure. Try getting an apartment on the side facing Harry's... And avoid looking directly into the parking structure unless you like living in a hole with car fumes! Housekeeping of the building could use improvement. Social life... They do offer some social activities but not on the scale that they boast when giving you the tour. Management listens politely to concerns, but doesn't change anything. As to parking...If you don't mind winding up and down 5 plus levels everytime you come and go from the parking structure... You're in luck! The lower levels are for the condo owners. Have fun dragging your groceries in. As to pets... There are presently about 30 dogs living here. Way too many for anyones safty or comfort. I rented from spring '06 through fall '07. ...
