Very old appliances. Very old windows which are very drafty and costly for heating and cooling. Not so friendly sales staff and they seem to lie a lot, I catch them in lies all the time about availability and such when I was moving in. I have friends that went to Nutmeg Woods in New London where the rent is less and the apartments are higher quality. The sales staff is much nicer.. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
