Do not ever ever rent to that place it will be a nightmare the maintenance man is an illegal immigrant who sexually harasses and stalks tenants the owner of the property is full aware does not care as long as the maintenance is doing his slack job he lives rent free so he can do what he wants police reports were even made do not rent to this place at all even if it fits your price range location it is a nightmare ...
