They will keep all of your deposit. The apartments are cold in the winter, no insulation. The contract is lengthy and the corporate office will not refund any monies no matter how clean you leave the apartment. It is overpriced. Many apartments better than this rent for less. Don't trust the manager! I rented from summer '07 through spring '08. ...
