BED BUGS! Seriously. As of October, 2010, there were at least 4 infested apartments spread across the complex. If you know anything about them, they spread fast. Even worse, the landlord is a lying scum bag who doesn't care about anything except his bottom line. Save yourself a lot of time and money and don't live here (or anywhere Brad Steinmetz manages). I rented from fall 10 through fall 10. ...
