If you are a person that does not like a whole lot of noise all the time, then do not move here. It is literally a nightmare, never any peace and quiet. The floors are so thin! And if someone is 10-20ft from your front door, it sounds like they are in your apartment. I have two different neighbors live above me and each of them had pets and also walked around non stop all day and night. Also constantly dropped things on the floor. I have lost so much sleep living here. Complaining to management did nothing. The outside appearance has gone down hill since I’ve moved in as well. There’s always liquor bottles and cigarettes in front. And mushrooms grown in front when the weather breaks (they don’t pull them up, just cover them up with mulch). A different part of the white fence is always leaning or broken. They let the leaves and salt that they put down in the winter pile up which causes the drains to get clogged and water comes into my apartment from the gap in the front door. So much cold air comes in thru the front door in the winter as well. The only good thing about this is that it stays cool in the summer living on the first floor so don’t have to use much AC. But when u do want to use the AC it barely works. I recommend getting a parking pass if you do move here because parking is always a pain. People here like to have their doors open on the summer and play loud music, very weird behavior. Also people arguing outside being loud on more than one occasion. Would give this place negative stars if I could. ...
