Wow - this place has become an absolute dumpster fire of a community. Ever since Brian left as manager, it has gone so down hill. They have let these large, very rude and loud groups move in. There are definitely way more people living in one apartment than are allowed. The parking lot is either an auto shop or a party place for underage kids drinking and blaring their music all hours of the day and night. David the manager lives in one of the buildings and does absolutely nothing about it. There are screaming kids in the courtyards all the time and the parents do nothing. And don't even get me started about the safety of this place - multiple car breaks ins, apartments broken into, and even a guy got shot. What do they do? Nothing. They dont even fix the broken entrance gates. AVOID this place at all costs! ...
