BED BUGS - and they do not require every apartment to be exterminated, only the people who complain, so the bugs just keep crawling from apartment to apartment. They also rip you off on your bill...I was charged $50 for a couch (NOT mine) that was removed from our trash, and every other apartment was charged the same amount. That's over $1,000 to remove a couch. Avoid Boulder Property Management. ...
