Do not move here! The office manager is exceptionally rude and incompetent, and extortion of the tenants is a common practice. The office staff feels it is appropriate to enter apartments at their leisure, and safety here is nonexistent. There have been shootings, robberies, and car thefts since I moved in, and any safety measures there were have been eliminated because of cost. Its close to campus, but I would highly recommend moving elsewhere...Regis Place is just another stress that you don't want to, and shouldn't have to, deal with.
