Hi all I just wanted to clue you all in on these apartments and my perspective on living there. Me and my Girlfriend originally moved there because the price was relatively affordable. And We both worked by the location, it was quite a year WOW , the maintenance almost never got done unless it was a dire straight, even then we had to wait for like even 7 to 10 days for a bad leak that we had. The foundations were cracked really badly in the apartment and the garbage disposal gave off a really bad smell but since it sorda worked they didn’t want to change it. The whole location had tones of stickers and we were always tracking them in the house it was so hard to ever want to walk barefooted anywhere. The grass is even cover with them darn stickers everywhere. The washer and dryer are OKAY, so no complaints there except the room where they are located a total mess. The carpet was awful and the foundation everywhere under the carpet is shot, there is one location where there is a crack in the cement where we can’t even see the bottom, SCARRY. We tried to cover it our best to avoid bugs. Electric furnaces all through the whole apartment and around 115 average per month for electric I have no idea how even when we are not there that much it is bad, some of the furnaces go on if it is a little cold in other words they cost us a-lot. Well got to go for now but My advice is find a better place. I rented from fall '05 through fall '06. ...
