Glenpond is an older apartment complex that has been nicely maintained. It's near the Broadmoor area in Southern Colorado Springs about 15 minutes from Ft. Carson. The grounds are beautiful, with a pond and lots of flowers. There is no pool or fitness center, but there is a laundry room with coin operated machines. My 1 bedroom was about 700 sq. ft and had a balcony. I never saw a single insect or mouse the entire year I lived here. The staff was great, knew me by name, and preformed repairs in a timely manner.
