By far the worst living experience I have ever had. Before moving in, I applied for the $880 unit but they won't show you your actual apartment until after you have the keys. They gave me a $950 unit without my prior knowledge. When I moved in, immediately had to call maintenance because the pipes in my bathroom were leaking. There was so much mildew and I'm sure mold and I actually thought they fixed it for a while, nope! They covered it up and now the entire bathroom reeks of mildew. In the hallway right outside my unit there's a real bad mold problem, and they did the same thing. Covered it, painted over it, and pretended it never happened. Then there's lockouts. If your battery dies in your key fob or door, they won't come for 18+ hours. And they won't give you another key unless yours is lost. Definitely not worth your well-being.. ...
