If you have any standards of living, this apartment is not for you. We have lived here over 3 years and I hate doing this, but they have created an environment that we simply cannot be a part of anymore. They have zero enforcement of policy, so expect being up all night to loud college parties. Our downstairs neighbors have had parties every weekend until 4am and we have complained for months, even with the police involved---and the staff has taken no action. Expect your bikes to be stolen. Expect your cars to get vandalized. Expect water and power outages that last days. Will they put you up in a hotel? Yes. Will it be 45 mins out of town and the worst/cheapest one they could find? Yes. Will they reimburse you for your fridge/freezer full of food that went bad while thawed over the electricity free days? No, absolutely not. They have upped our rent over $200 a month every year we have lived here. It is unreasonable and unfair to contract people into living with you and consistently raising the price so high. So again, if you have any standards, pick somewhere else. We are done with this place and encourage others to look elsewhere so they can avoid the neglect and frustration that we have endured far too long. ...

We have gone through several management changes, and this one has been the better of the three. It is very hard to get ahold of the office, so it is usually better to just go to the leasing office in person. The maintenance staff is very nice and considerate of your space. Noise is very neighbor dependant, but in the few instances where I made a noise complaint, it was dealt with quickly. ...
