Fall 2021-2022 Pre-lease at The Parker Off - Property Id: 536372

Move in Aug-Sept; Ends 09/16/22. This one-bedroom apartment in the Parker off Pearl is a good catch. The unit is on the fourth floor facing west so the balcony looks out at the flatirons and the foothills. The apartment has in-unit laundry and great amenities. The bedroom is large with a huge closet and doors that go off onto the balcony. The kitchen is modern with granite countertops and has stainless steel appliances. The living area is a good size with a lot of natural light and doors that go off onto the balcony. There is a lot of storage and cabinet space throughout the unit and air-conditioning/heating. It is a spacious area for a one-bedroom apartment.
It is a safe building with a door code to get into the property and cameras throughout the complex. It is a safe and quiet place to live with access to a gym, pool, and courtyard. The location is great being two blocks from pearl street and walking distance to campus. It is also within walking distance to the boulder library an

I lived at a lot of different apartments in college, and my apartment at Marine Park Apartments was my favorite place to live for so many reasons. In fact, I would have stayed longer if I had not graduated. Some of the things that I enjoyed about Marine Park are its cleanliness, spaciousness, and safety. The apartments are cute, sunny, and cozy. It was warm in the winter and cool in the summer (with the help of an air conditioner). Also, the pool and jacuzzi are great. :) I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
