When I moved to Denver there were so many apartments to chose from! I really wanted to be close to school but did not want all the distractions of Downtown! I did want a social life though. I toured Presidio last spring and instantly fell in love! The staff was really friendly and seemed to actually know about not only the community but also the residents! It was exactly what I was looking for! Brand new with granite/stainless steel appliances! Beutiful amenities and lots of professional motivated residents like myself! I really enjoy living at Presidio and will most likely stay here untill Mr. Right comes along! Well, maybe he's here and I just have not met him yet! I rented from spring 10 through winter 11. ...

I have been living at Presidio now for almost 2 years! Overall I really enjoy this Community! I have several friends that live here also so I don't have to go far to socialize! It's really easy for me to access the Light Rail and commute down to Metro. I pay a little over $900 for my apartment, it has Granite and Stainless steel Appliances and looks really sharp! I will most likely live here till I finish my degree and then possible upgrade to a lager apartment! I rented from spring '09 through winter 11. ...

I love Presidio Apartments! Their location is right by the Belleview Light Rail, so getting to and from school was so easy. The staff is always so helpful, and the 24 hour business center made homework easy. This community is always having fun social events where I had the opportunity to meet tons of my neighbors. I shared my apartment with a roommate and the total rent was only $1199 so I was only paying $600 and the washer and dryer was inside the apartment! I highly recommend this community as I was always happy to come home. I rented from fall '09 through summer 10. ...
