Horrible place to live. The last review was right on the money. It's dirty, loud, and noisy. I kind of now know what it is like to live in Venezuela. I am still hoping for ice to raid the complex. I believe I am one of maybe 3 Americans that live here. Maintenance sucks. They never fix anything. The city of Aurora does inspections on the apartments but that also is a big waste of time. They never hold anyone accountable. I have had no dishwasher for over 3 months and my apartment was a nasty mess when I moved in. At last count I believe there are over 30 apartments vacant. Nobody has exaggerated about how bad this place really is. I have always lived in Denver and know I know why. AURORA sucks. I can't wait to move out of the armpit of Colorado. ...

Don't waste your money here. Find an apartment complex that is clean and well-maintained. You feel like you are living in Mexico here. Tenants are rude and up partying till all hours of the night with loud music and super loud cars that make your windows shake. One of the leasing agents lives on the property so you know they don't care what's happening. The property is always littered with trash and furniture at almost every corner. I have been attempting to get a hold of the owners of this property and find out if they are aware. Keep your fingers crossed that if Trump wins this complex will be vacant. ...
