This place is SICK! If you can't afford anything in the CSUF area & this is your absolute last option, then maybe. The landlord is awful & enters your apartment for no reason anytime she wants. I was walked in on IN THE SHOWER! So scary & ILLEGAL! The parking is crap & they tow all the time. I had my car ransacked & the landlord didn't even try to be nice when I told her. Mold in the bathroom & livingroom, roaches everywhere outside. I rented from spring '05 through spring '06. ...
