I have lived at Dalton Place Apartments for 13 years. The maintenance staff could improve in following up on fixing things that residents report to the office that needs to be addressed. overall it's the most affordable place to live in my area. I do like the staff they are always polite and courteous as well as the maintenance men. There have been different staff throughout the years I have lived here they have always worked with me when it came to rent. When I was going through a rough time they worked with me.
